Blue Mesa Adventure Camping Pods
at Elk Creek Campground
Offering an experience that is unique to campgrounds, combining camping with an exhilarating paddle on the open water.
Our Pods are the only accommodations located on Blue Mesa Reservoir. We are taking reservations for summer.
Adventure Pods come with 2 paddle boards, drink tickets to our onsite restaurant and a bundle of firewood. Pets welcome in a few pods.
Adventure Pods offer cozy insurance against bad weather, these sturdy structures are the perfect luxury upgrade. Forget the tent and avoid the hassle with a comfortable pod getaway.

US 50 Blue Mesa Bridge Update
A safety closure has been implemented for the Middle Bridge on US Highway 50, situated west of Gunnison and east of Montrose. The Middle Bridge stands amidst our marinas.
Boat rentals: if you're traveling through Gunnison, book your boats at Elk Creek Marina; if you're traveling through Montrose, reserve them at Lake Fork Marina.
Slip holders: We're actively working to meet your boating needs and will provide updates via email.

With the increasing low-water conditions at Blue Mesa Reservoir and with orders of the Regional Director of the NPS., Elk Creek Marina is closed for the 2021 season.
